För en gång skull så ville jag ge UPS beröm.
Jag la en order ifrån USA Onsdag kväll, någon timme senare så fick jag ett UPS trackingnummer och paketet var redan på väg.
Och idag så kom de på förmiddagen, så jag slapp sitta hemma hela dagen och vänta.
De ringde dock inte innan, men det gick bra ändå.

De gav mig fel paket!
Detta var INTE delarna jag beställde!
Jag mailar företaget direkt, väldigt surt.
Och får svaret om att det är UPS som har failat, vilket jag absolut tror på.

The DHL driver mixed up the labels and the packages got sent to two different places. We’re addressing the issue this morning and will get your replacement parts that you actually ordered shipped out in the fastest way possible. Getting this corrected is our first priority.
If this solution works for you, DHL will arrive on Monday to your place (with the proper paper work) and pick up the package you received. They intend to ship it directly from you to the rightful destination. To expedite things further, they will ship your correct part from its current destination straight to you. We do not need you to do anything other than make sure the CRB and TRE that you received are in perfect condition and still in their original boxes. Does this work for you
