Jag skulle rekommendera dig att skrota ”vanliga” multivitaminer som tex Apoteket och vanliga matbutiker säljer. Låg biotillgänglighet och upptagningsförmågan är löjlig. Helt sjukt att det får säljas egentligen. Kolla upp ett märke som heter Thorne Research. Det bästa pengar kan köpa enligt mig.
